Following their 2013 sell-out UK show, Spanish event brand 981 Heritage enjoyed a well received return to the Oval Space in London, in July. The festival presented an array of artists including stylish electronic band Austra, Montreal duo Blue Hawaii and London popsters Maxixe.
With the festival celebrating their tenth anniversary and their third London instalment, there was no surprise they had gained a reputation for bringing the newest and established acts in electronic music to the forefront.
981 Heritage and Outpost worked together to promote the festival across press and online. Mixmag promoted the event in their ‘Live Bites’ section, while online saw many popular music blogs and websites covering the festival including Style of Sound, CMU, Tower London, View London, and Skiddle. It was also posted on the event listings on Don’t Panic, Resident Advisor and Gig Guide. This resulted in a sell out show.
